Job Description
Title: Nursing - Night Shift

Schedule: Nights 12 hours

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols and best practices in patient care.
- Facilitate communication among the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
