Your Role at Sephora: Ready for a career glow up? As Senior Designer, you'll be translating our brand vision into visually stunning, consumer-centric creative across all channels. The work you do will impact beauty, as you concept, design, and refine assets that bring our brand to life from high-visibility campaigns to digital touchpoints. You'll be part of a team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about creative excellence, brand consistency, and retail storytelling. What You'll Do:
- Design Development: Create high-quality, on-brand designs for a range of projects, ensuring every asset reflects our core identity.
- Concepting & Storytelling: Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and marketing partners to develop concepts that emotionally connect with customers and drive results.
- Production Oversight: Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring pixel-perfect and press-ready deliverables.
- Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Brand Evolution: Build brand identities, scalable design systems, logos, guidelines, and templates that strengthen and elevate the overall brand experience.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner across the organization with various teams to deliver creative work that directly aligns with business priorities.
- Experience: 6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Design (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using Figma and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creative Skills: Strong typography, color, and layout skills with an exceptional, keen eye for detail.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to share design ideas and rationale effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
