Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Kinzua Nursing and Rehab

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility and transfers, lifting and transferring residents as needed

• Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care and service

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with residents, families, and staff

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
