We are seeking a motivated assistant to specialize in our tenant recertification process. You will work with our property, rental, and assistant property managers on tasks related to affordable housing activities. From on-site data collections to processing tenant information, you’ll be responsible for the administrative aspects of affordable housing recertification. What You’ll Do: Assistwith waitlist management and applicant processing. Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications. Work with office staff on other administrative tasks as needed, i.e., collection of rent, answering phones, processing maintenance requests,assistingwith social activities, etc. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in an administrative position You’rean effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. In addition,you’rehighly organized and canmaintaincomplete and current resident filesin accordance withcompany and regulatory agency policy. You have strong computer technology skills. As a plus, you have a working knowledge of affordable housing regulations.
