Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet, make eye contact, and “Thank” each guest that you service. Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations. Project yourself in a professional manner in accordance with dress code and personal grooming policy. Work in a safe manner and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with policies and procedures. Fill all guest orders with great care and efficiency (i.e.: bag groceries, price check, load carts and carry outs). Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Maintain sufficient stock level on Front End supplies. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Must be reliable. Basic literacy. Basic computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.

Sitting Constant 5-8 Hours Pushing/Pulling Occasional 1-3 Hours up to 50lbs
