Director of Product Analytics

Building and leading the product analytics function, the full-time Director of Product Analytics will establish strategy, define KPI frameworks, and leverage analytics tools to drive data-informed product decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Establish the product analytics strategy, KPI framework, and self-service analytics capabilities Partner with Product leadership to translate user behavior and feedback into actionable recommendations for roadmap priorities Optimize the product analytics ecosystem and develop self-service dashboards for independent decision-making by Product Managers Required qualifications 8+ years in product analytics or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Deep expertise with Pendo, including designing tagging strategies and managing product telemetry Strong working knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, and proficiency in Tableau for data visualization Experience building self-serve analytics capabilities for product teams B2B SaaS experience, ideally in a complex, multi-product environment
