Our Onsite Sr. Talent Advisor is accountable for the following key responsibilities:

• Providing onsite, front-line support to both employees and clients, ensuring excellence in delivery for a client that has a global reach.
• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee and client engagement
• Acting as guardian of the client's processes and contracts while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
• Attracting and assessing prospects and candidates, partnering with managers to ensure client hiring needs are met.
• Keeping on top of payroll issues and working with other departments to ensure all employees are paid timely manner
• Working with Kelly’s and the Client’s safety team to ensure a safe working environment for all. 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 

• Minimum of 5+ years of staffing/leadership experience required, preferably working within a manufacturing environment; understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding and off-boarding plus employment law is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively engage customers through regular and proactive communication and building of strategic relationships
• Proficiency in leveraging industry trends and best practices to strengthen client partnerships and inform decision making
• Results oriented, with high attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment
• Strong technical acumen using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Location: This is an onsite role based in Indianapolis, IN

The base pay range for this position is $61,575 – $82,100 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
