Responsibilities * Serve as a professional point of contact for business clients and respond to general questions. * Assist with client inquiries, service requests, and follow-up communications. * Maintain accurate client records, contact information, and account notes. * Prepare basic reports, update spreadsheets, and organize client documentation. * Schedule meetings and follow-up communications when needed. * Support client onboarding and help ensure business information is complete and up to date. * Maintain professional communication and contribute to positive, long-term business relationships.
