This primary care facility operates within a well-established regional health system and offers a collaborative, tight-knit care environment. The clinic supports a team-based approach to patient care, combining both clinic and hospital work in a community-focused setting.

Opportunity:
Physician – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Family Medicine Physician opportunity available at 0.6-1.0 FTE
• Work as a leader of a Care Team utilizing established care processes to achieve patient care objectives
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 5 Family Medicine physicians, 1 APC, and 16 additional staff members
• Unique inpatient/outpatient practice with opportunity to perform ER shifts
• Routine clinic day hours are 8AM-5PM
• Average clinical visits of 22-24 patients per day
• Call schedule is 1:5; call day runs 8AM-6PM in clinic with phone coverage for overnight admissions
• Weekend call runs 8AM Friday through Monday (typically)
• EPIC electronic medical records system utilized
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine required
• No OB required
