Marketing Product Manager Marketing Manager Florham Park , New Jersey Direct Hire Nov 2, 2026 Marketing Product Manager Soni is seeking an experienced, strategic Marketing Product Manager to support brand strategy, product commercialization, and market growth across a portfolio of wound care and skin care products. The ideal candidate brings experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aesthetics, surgical products, or related industries, with a strong background in new product launches, market research, competitive intelligence, and Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing. This individual will manage product performance, develop and execute marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to drive commercial success. Responsibilities: Product & Brand Strategy: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support product growth, market positioning, and portfolio optimization. New Product Launches: Lead go-to-market planning, launch readiness, targeting strategies, and implementation of launch programs. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive activity, market share, customer insights, and product performance to identify opportunities and drive strategic recommendations. HCP Marketing: Develop promotional and non-promotional materials, educational campaigns, and marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals. Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and field teams on product messaging, promotional strategies, sales tools, and sales force training. KOL Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, including managing speaker programs, advisory boards, and professional conferences. Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and creative partners to ensure successful campaign execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations to align product strategies with business objectives. Performance Analytics: Monitor product performance, market dynamics, customer trends, and key business metrics to evaluate results and recommend improvements. Ensure all marketing materials and initiatives comply with applicable FDA regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies. Travel: Approximately 25% travel for customer meetings, conferences, conventions, and other business needs. Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical products, or related regulated industries. Proven experience with new product launches and go-to-market strategies. Strong experience in market research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic product planning. Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional programs targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and/or medical device market dynamics. Experience managing product portfolios, brand positioning, and commercial marketing initiatives. Ability to translate market data, customer insights, and competitive trends into actionable business strategies. Experience partnering closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Knowledge of applicable FDA regulations and PhRMA guidelines. Bachelor's degree required. Ability to work in-office. Preferred Skills: MBA or advanced degree. Experience in wound care, therapeutic skin care, aesthetics, orthopedics, or related product categories. Experience managing KOL relationships, speaker programs, and advisory boards. Strong digital and omnichannel marketing experience. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
