What you will do: Trane Technologies Co-Op Program provides current college students with meaningful assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our Co-Op program is offered to students pursuing a degree in Engineering from concentrations such as Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace and more. Co-ops will operate full-time from January to August or May to December as we work with your University towards Academic Credit for your work.

In this role you will:

• Develop and maintain quality systems for new products and existing products
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvement and documentation of quality procedures
• Analyze processes, documentation, and production for quality improvement
• Complete ad-hoc projects based on skill-level, degree, or general interest

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a BS/BA or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, or a related major
• Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
• Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
• Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.
• Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies.
• Proficient in problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and identify the underlying causes of complex operational issues.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically evaluate alternative options and make informed decisions to achieve specific objectives or goals.
• Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00
