Financial Analyst

Responsibilities for a Financial Analyst include but are not limited to: Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance, cost, and profitability analysis, while building financial models to support business planning and forecasting. Prepare timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operational workflows, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-reduction opportunities. Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting. 3+ years of strong analytical experience in financial planning, business analysis, and financial modeling. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with finance systems such as SAP, HFM, Oracle, or SQL. Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to senior management. What's in this Financial Analyst position for you?
