Description

Who are we looking for?
- Strong Organizational Skills (ability to maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer).
- Detail oriented (ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer)

Qualifications:
- Experience processing factory warranty claims, reconciling payments, and ensuring that claims are paid properly by the manufacturer (Preferred)
- Experience processing data to ensure accuracy of records and documentation.
- Track record of acting as a liaison between service technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
