Behavior Specialist

We are hiring a Behavior Specialist for our home‑health team at Crystal Springs, Inc , located in Assonet, MA. Your responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting detailed data, and assisting in the development of effective interventions. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting Experience with ABA, PBS, or Trauma‑Informed Care Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non‑violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months Valid driver's license with reliable transportation A degree or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, and a preference for RBT certification Background Check Potential employees will need to pass a background check, drug screening, and a tuberculosis (TB) test.
