Accounts Payable and Credentialing Coordinator

USPI Durango Outpatient Surgery Center – Full Time Accounts Payable and Credentialing Coordinator Location: Las Vegas, NV. This is a full time position at the Durango Outpatient Surgery Center. Work hours Monday–Friday, daytime office hours. Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Coordinator provides support to the Business Office and is responsible for data entry of accounts payable, reconciliation of vendor statements, coding and matching invoices to packing slips, running month end close and reports, running the weekly preliminary check runs to determine cash requirements, finalizing vendor check run, maintaining vendor files, maintaining monthly financial reports and year‑end 1099 preparation. The Credentialing Coordinator processes and analyzes the applications and appointment/reappointment of medical staff and allied health professionals. They ensure credentials meet regulatory agency requirements and adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws / Facility policy. They enter practitioner data quickly and accurately.
