- Associate degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Prior employment experience in the two-way or push-to-talk (PTT) radio industry is preferred. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate familiarity with radio models, accessories, and related two-way radio communications equipment.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, including QuickBooks Desktop, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with proven success meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to evaluate existing inventory workflows and recommend innovative, end-to-end solutions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
