Omnichannel Media Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As an Omnichannel Media Manager at West Shore Home, you will focus on the training, development, and performance of the Media Buyers and Analysts, with the goal of improving the media results. The position will take ownership of KPI's such as CPL, CPLI, Issued Leads and Cost of Marketing. This position will handle data tracking and measurement, media partner management, media negotiations, and budget/target planning and tracking.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Manage the training and development of Media Buyers who will be primarily focused on television direct response and omnichannel streaming advertising.
• Develop improvements to the optimization strategy using an omnichannel approach that drives improvement to CPLI and COM.
• Ensure that your team is continually working to improve results in each market by testing and measuring new strategies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Media to develop strategies for national media buying, streaming, and other larger-scale media initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Planning and Analytics team for budget and target planning to ensure budgets are accurately aligned to meet marketing department goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using omnichannel streaming campaigns to drive lead conversion.
• Experience in a manager level role where you oversaw a team's performance
