This pediatric hospital operates as a Level 1 trauma center providing comprehensive surgical services designed specifically for pediatric patients. The facility maintains modern anesthesia capabilities and established protocols to support quality pediatric care delivery across multiple surgical specialties. The hospital excludes cardiac, transplant, and intense NICU procedures while maintaining advanced trauma capabilities.

Oklahoma City offers diverse attractions including the National Cowboy Museum, downtown exploration opportunities, and various museums and art galleries. The area features outdoor recreational activities such as water sports, mountain biking, climbing, and zip lining alongside traditional attractions like the zoo and Bricktown Canal boat tours. Visitors can access shopping and dining destinations throughout the city, with options ranging from rail cruiser tours to indoor skydiving experiences.

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during day shifts from 7a-5p working 4-5 ten-hour shifts per week under supervision model with 75% hands-on involvement. The clinician will manage all pediatric surgical cases excluding hearts, transplants, and intense NICU procedures. The position requires board certification and prescriptive authority with no call requirements. The clinician will work in a supervision model maintaining quality pediatric anesthesia care delivery.
