Before joining State Farm, I worked in the lumber sales industry before pursuing the opportunity to own my own business. I serve as an elder at my church and sit on the boards of the local Salvation Army and the Park Ridge Crisis Pregnancy Center. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
