Project Manager

Position Summary Establishes project objectives and manages multiple commercial building projects (typically $5M–$40M). Coordinates with clients and project teams to ensure safe, on‑time, and on‑budget project delivery. Key Responsibilities Establish overall project objectives for assigned projects Manage multiple projects and coordinate administrative/logistical support with Superintendents Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules; coordinate with field leadership Lead weekly progress/design meetings with owners, consultants, and subcontractors Plan and manage procurement of materials and services Develop scopes of work and manage vendor/subcontractor coordination Manage project costs and participate in accounting updates and approvals Schedule and attend job meetings; manage project closeout procedures Travel to project sites as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience (7–10 years preferred) Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills (scheduling, estimating, value engineering) Strong analytical/critical thinking and negotiation skillsDeadline- and detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication Software proficiency: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications Experience managing large, complex projects valued at $10M+. Work is performed in both office and field environments; travel to project sites may be required.
