Job Opportunity: Speech Pathologist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals facing challenges with communication and swallowing.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving the best rehabilitation results.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes.
- Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital protocols.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure or certification as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
