Our Marketing Team works inside high-traffic retail locations, home shows, fairs, festivals, and local events to create interest, have conversations with homeowners, and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be representing our company in front of homeowners and customers at retail stores and events.

Your role is to start conversations, identify homeowners who may be interested in improving their windows or bathrooms, and schedule them for a free in-home consultation.

You will:

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional way
• Start natural conversations with homeowners
• Ask questions to uncover interest or possible project needs
• Explain who we are and what we do
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Work inside retail stores, home shows, fairs, festivals, and special events
• Follow a proven lead-setting process that we will teach you
• Track your appointments and performance

This is not cold calling and it is not door-to-door canvassing . You are working in locations where customers are already shopping, walking around, and engaging with local businesses.
