Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive stamping environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production activities, driving safety and productivity, minimizing downtime, and leading production teams to achieve daily goals. Location Near Bad Axe, Michigan (Thumb area) - relocation can be provided if necessary. Responsibilities / Skills Supervise and support production team members on assigned shift Monitor production performance, downtime, changeovers, and safety compliance Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies Coordinate staffing needs, including overtime scheduling Track and communicate production metrics and shift performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency Automotive stamping manufacturing experience required Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under production pressure Experience tracking downtime and executing action plans Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams Strong communication and teamwork skills Qualifications Mechanical aptitude Proven ability to hold teams accountable and drive results Calm, solutions-focused approach in high-pressure situations #J-18808-Ljbffr
