Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Senior Business Intelligence AnalystImmediate need for a talented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a six-month contract with long-term potential and is located in Kansas, Missouri (Onsite).Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytical solutionsAnalyze complex datasets using reporting, analytics, statistical, and data transformation tools to provide actionable business insightsWork independently as the primary analytics resource supporting internal business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful reportsServe as a technical advisor to the analytics team by providing guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharingPresent analytical findings using effective storytelling techniques and provide data-driven recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and improve decision-making through dataKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Five years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar platformsStrong experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, or MySQLHands-on experience with Power BIAbility to independently analyze business problems and develop reporting solutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsBusiness Intelligence, Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, MySQL, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, Data Storytelling, Stakeholder ManagementExperience with SnowflakeExperience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsExperience with Python or R for data analysis and automationFamiliarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or GeminiPrior experience in the Automotive industry, Product Management, or User Experience (UX)Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
