Job Title: Clinical Care LVN/LPN
Location: Bryn Mawr, PA 19010
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Range is $35-37. on W2
Shift: Part time
Job Description:
Looking for an LVN/LPN
Duties:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a MinuteClinic setting.
- Administer medications, treatments, vaccines, and perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document treatment responses.
- Conduct medication reviews and mental health assessments.
- Accurately maintain patient medical records using EMR systems.
- Educate patients and connect them with appropriate healthcare resources.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic and collaborate with the clinical team.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1+ year of healthcare experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
- Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
- Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic preferred .
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- BLS certification required and must remain valid at least 30 days beyond the start date.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
