About the Position

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 or 26 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years minimum License: Valid State License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) or RCIS Must-Have: - First timers accepted - Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs - Some weekends required Description: The Cath Lab Tech will support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The tech will perform a variety of cardiac interventions, including STEMI procedures and device implants. Experience in interventional radiology, vascular procedures, and neurointerventions is preferred. The role involves working closely with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient care. The tech might float to other departments when necessary. Work requires monitoring patients effectively during procedures. Participation in on-call duties is expected, including one shift per week and every fourth weekend. Flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs is essential. Candidates must meet specific skill requirements and demonstrate proficiency in the essential tasks. All applicants will be evaluated based on their experience and qualifications.
