HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service TechnicianStyle Crest is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician with a background in HVAC installation and service. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our HVAC installation and service capabilities into Northwest Ohio, creating new opportunities to deliver the same trusted service we provide in other markets across the country to customers in our local region.This role will play an important part in helping us build and grow HVAC service operations near Toledo and through Northwest Ohio, supporting homeowners, contractors, and partners with high-quality installation, maintenance, and service.Key Responsibilities:Safely install HVAC equipment and components, including furnaces, A/C units, water heaters, ductwork, and gas linesAccurately wire both high-voltage and low-voltage systemsInstall and braze copper refrigerant linesInstall sheet metal and flexible ductwork in manufactured homes and residential/light commercial buildingsPre-measure and plan each job to determine required materials and toolsLoad, transport, and verify all job materials and equipmentEnsure all work is completed on schedule and to code, meeting manufacturer and safety specificationsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation for every job, including signatures, invoices, and payment handlingCommunicate with dispatch and management to provide real-time updates on job status, delays, or issuesRespond to customer questions with professionalism and courtesyKeep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain and care for company-issued tools and equipmentComplete diagnostic readings using appropriate test instrumentsRequirements:Previous HVAC installation and/or service experience is required.
