divh2Parts Counterperson/h2pAndy Mohr Automotive Group, the largest volume automotive group in the state of Indiana operates 11 Dealerships and 4 Collision Centers, employing more than 1100 employees throughout central Indiana./ph3Parts Counter Responsibilities:/h3ulliOversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer./liliWork with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock./liliComplete special order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer./liliCommunicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership./liliPerform other duties as assigned./liliServe as backup to parts counterperson or stocking clerk as necessary./liliCommunicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner./liliMust follow all company safety policies and procedures./liliUnderstand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required/liliExperience with auto parts sales preferred./liliPeople focused and obsessed with providing great customer service/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment/liliStrong organizational and time management skills/liliProfessional appearance and strong work ethic/liliProficient with computer skills is preferred/liliValid and current Drivers License with ability to maintain a good driving record./li/ulpMedical, Dental, Vision benefits/ppAccrued Vacation Time/pp401K Plan/ppLife Disability Insurance/ppExtensive Training and Support/ppEmployee vehicle purchase plans/ppDiscounts on products and services/p/div
