Post Approval CoordinatorEmployment Schedule: Part-time, 25 to 30 hours per weekWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 5 to 6 hours per dayAnticipated Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid position with the following schedule:Monday through Wednesday: On-site in Franklin, WisconsinThursday and Friday: RemoteMust be able to meet the on-site requirements of the position.Position OverviewThe Post Approval Coordinator is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and preparing the documents and forms required to move insurance policies through the post-approval process and prepare eligible documents for electronic signature through DocuSign.The coordinator communicates primarily by email with financial representatives, field staff, and internal business partners. Typical requests include explaining established processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are complete and in good order, resolving missing or incorrect documentation, preparing documents for electronic signature, and responding to status inquiries.The coordinator is accountable for understanding each request, managing assigned cases, using available resources, and determining the appropriate course of action or potential solution.This is a back-office position with no phone-support responsibilities. Communication will primarily occur through email and internal systems.Key ResponsibilitiesObtain required forms and supporting documents for post-approval policy processing.Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and good order.Confirm that the appropriate forms have been submitted.Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect information and communicate next steps by email.Prepare eligible documents and forms for electronic signature through DocuSign.Manage assigned cases and monitor outstanding documentation requirements.Respond to status inquiries from field partners and internal business areas.Explain established post-approval processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.Research requests and determine the appropriate course of action using available resources.Maintain accurate case information within internal systems.Manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting quality and service expectations.Required SkillsStrong time-management and organizational skillsClear and professional written and email communicationExperience managing cases, requests, or workflow queuesStrong attention to detailExperience reviewing forms or documentation for accuracy and completenessAbility to identify and resolve missing or incorrect informationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesSound problem-solving and research skillsAbility to work independently and use available resourcesComfort working in a back-office, process-driven environmentAbility to learn and navigate multiple systemsSystems and TechnologyMicrosoft OutlookDocuSignInternal systemsTrainingThe selected individual will complete a minimum six-week training period.
