Pediatric Emergency Medicine Clinician – Texas ER Envision, America’s leading medical group, seeks a Pediatric Emergency Medicine clinician for ER work in Texas. This is a 1099 independent contractor position requiring 50 hours of physician coverage per week with the following shifts: 6a‑4p, 8a‑6p, 2p‑12a, 4p‑2a, 9p‑6a, and 12p‑8p (Surge Shift). The role includes 24/7 in‑house PICU care with pediatric subspecialty support and serves approximately 32 pediatric patients per day, averaging an annual volume of 18,000 cases. Provide Level II trauma designation and acute trauma care. Collaborate with subspecialties including cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, genetics, infectious diseases, neonatology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, pulmonology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat), surgery, anesthesiology, and urology. Operate under active Texas medical license and completed fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Receive competitive compensation with malpractice insurance paid.
