RN Supervisor

Vi Living, a luxury senior living leader, seeks a full-time RN Supervisor for our skilled nursing community. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations on your unit, leading RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care plans, performing assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and responding to emergencies. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor and train staff, and champion Vi’s culture of respect, compassion, and continuous learning while supporting residents’ health, safety, and quality of life.
