Royal Heights Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Sports Physical Therapist to join our high-performance sports rehab team in Mesquite, Nevada. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, sport-specific evaluations and biomechanical assessments to identify injury patterns and movement dysfunctions.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs targeting return-to-sport readiness, ensuring that each athlete receives personalized care based on their specific sport and injury.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, and plyometric training to enhance recovery.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on athletes' progress, utilizing data from assessments and feedback from fellow team members.
• Collaborate closely with coaches, orthopedic physicians, and performance specialists to ensure coordinated care that addresses both immediate rehabilitation needs and long-term athlete performance goals.
• Facilitate patient education on injury prevention strategies and performance enhancement techniques, empowering athletes to take an active role in their care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes to support clinical decisions and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of athletes, from high school athletes recovering from injuries to collegiate competitors aiming to enhance their performance. Our clientele may include individual sports participants like triathletes and recreational athletes engaged in various competitive activities. Your role is critical in addressing specific sports-related injuries and facilitating a swift and effective recovery, enabling our clients to return to their respective sports safely.

Qualifications

• Active or eligibility for a Nevada Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• A strong background or genuine interest in sports rehabilitation and athletic performance.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with clients and a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Certification as a Sports Certified Specialist (SCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), or similar credential desirable.
• Experience in strength and conditioning or athletic training is advantageous.
• New graduates with a strong sports background are welcome to apply; mentorship and support for professional development will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
