Lucia Rose is looking for a quick, friendly food runner to join our front-of-house team. You're the link between the kitchen and the guest, making sure every plate reaches the table hot, accurate, and looking the way the chef intended. If you like a fast pace and take pride in the details, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Run dishes from the kitchen to the right table and guest, on time and presented properly
- Know the menu well enough to describe each dish and answer basic questions about ingredients and allergens
- Communicate with servers and the kitchen to keep service moving smoothly
- Help clear and reset tables, restock stations, and keep the floor tidy
- Pitch in wherever needed during busy shifts
What we're looking for
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Comfortable on your feet for long shifts and able to carry trays up to [XX] lbs
- A positive attitude, good teamwork, and calm under pressure
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
