Independent Living Skills Trainer

Future Transitions

Future Transitions in Antelope Valley seeks an in-home and community tutor for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. You will teach daily living skills, follow an Individual Service Plan, and work with clients in homes, schools, and community settings. Requirements include a car, driver’s license, auto insurance, background checks, and DMV reports for transportation in Kern County. The role is part-time to full-time, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred or to be obtained within 30 #J-18808-Ljbffr Future Transitions
