Provide speech, language, articulation, and feeding therapy tailored to each child. Educate caregivers on home strategies and progress tracking. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure services meet professional standards and compliance guidelines. Qualifications: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
