Responsibilities Analyze laboratory work results and educate patients and their families on dietary recommendations. Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. Lead patient-centered care and influence patients to improve their health and quality of life. Be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. Learn more at Requirements State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area. Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed. Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
