Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and service-focused hospitality professional to oversee daily bar operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will support a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing environment while working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service, strong standards, and memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. Lead, support, and motivate team members while also being an active bartender. Monitor service quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards throughout the bar area. Assist with scheduling, shift coordination, and delegation of duties as needed. Provide guidance on product knowledge, service standards, and guest engagement. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner. Support inventory control, stock management, and ordering processes. Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies. Train new team members and support ongoing development for existing staff. Work collaboratively with management and other departments to support overall business goals. Qualifications Previous experience in bar service Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming guest experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of responsible alcohol service and relevant compliance standards. Confident problem-solving skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure.
