As a Store Manager, you will provide leadership across all departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution of company goals while fostering a culture built on Respect, Integrity, Passion, Innovation, and Teamwork.

What Youll Do

Lead Business Performance

  • Take ownership of store performance by driving revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term success.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Develop and execute strategies that support company objectives and strengthen market position.
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities to drive continued growth.

Build & Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers and employees to achieve individual and team success.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support employee growth and development.
  • Partner with leadership teams to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.

Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Ensure departments are working together effectively to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Promote consistency, communication, and best practices across store locations.
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Strengthen Customer & Community Relationships

  • Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their businesses and delivering solutions.
  • Represent Swiderski Equipment as a leader in the agriculture, construction, and local community.
  • Ensure every department delivers on our commitment to be Your Partners on the Job.

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience preferred, including responsibility for business performance, team development, financial results, and operational execution. Equivalent experience demonstrating strong business leadership will be considered.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial results, teams, and operational goals.
  • Agriculture, construction equipment, dealership, or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
