We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Relationship Manager to join our staffing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the delivery of quality staffing solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing requirements. Identify and prospect new clients to expand the agency’s client base. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and source suitable candidates. Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients and candidates. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, placements, and contractual agreements.
