Job Overview The wage for this position is between $17.50–$18.50 per hour, plus uncapped commission. The role is a modified full‑time position with a schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. Responsibilities Brand Ambassador – Create a welcoming store environment where every guest feels valued. Relationship Builder – Build meaningful connections with guests, team members, and leadership through active listening and thoughtful conversation. Focus on loyalty, not merely completing transactions. Product & Services Enthusiast – Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, translating technology into simple conversations. Stay current on promotions, product updates, and tools to meet individual and team performance goals. Account Management – Manage guest appointments and proactively review accounts to recommend the best plans and offers. Serve as a problem solver and investigator, ensuring account accuracy and seamless, professional service. Qualifications High school diploma required. Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (wireless sales experience preferred). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
