About SourceLine We are looking for a dependable, organized Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help keep our team, clients, and candidates moving. This position is open due to an internal promotion SourceLine is a boutique direct-hire recruiting company specializing in the heavy equipment and recreational industries. Position Details Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant Pay: $14/hour Hours: 25 hours per week Location: Primarily work from home Schedule: Flexible scheduling within the needs of the business Equipment: Company laptop provided Although this is primarily a work-from-home position, the employee must live close enough to Cornelia, Georgia to attend in-person team meetings with reasonable notice without extended travel time. This may include monthly team lunch meetings, meetings at our downtown Cornelia office, training, major projects, or other team meetings as needed.

Training: The first week of training will be completed in person at our downtown Cornelia office before transitioning to the remote schedule.

What You'll Do · Assist the owner with day-to-day administrative and operational support · Manage calendars, scheduling, calls, emails, texts, reminders, and follow-up · Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, vendors, and team members · Maintain accurate notes, records, files, and documentation · Help coordinate recruiting-related administrative tasks and candidate activity · Keep internal systems, documents, and information organized and up to date · Assist with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams · Support company social media activity, primarily Facebook and LinkedIn · Help manage multiple ongoing projects, deadlines, and priorities · Identify what needs attention and follow through without requiring constant direction · Assist with special projects and other administrative, recruiting support, operational, or business needs as assigned · Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows and the position develops
