Join our team!

We are seeking a dependable detail-oriented payroll & accounting clerk to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with payroll experience who is willing to assist with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Enter payroll and accounting data into company systems
  • Maintain accurate employee and financial records.
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Administration of company benefits
  • Process invoices, payments and other accounting transactions
  • Reconcile reports and assist with month end tasks
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Payroll processing experience required
  • Basic knowledge or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Organized, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Construction or building materials industry a plus but not required.
  • Experience working with multiple companies under one umbrella

This position does not require an experienced accountant- we're looking for someone comfortable with payroll and data entry who can assist with day-to-day accounting functions.
