Starting Salary Range: $43,000-$47,000 (Hourly Role) + BenefitsJob Summary The warehouse material/handler operator I is responsible for safely moving, storing, and tracking materials within a warehouse or production environment. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely material delivery, and efficient workflow to support operational goals. Key Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Load, unload, and transport materials to designated locations within the facility. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing slips. Prepare materials for distribution, shipping, or storage. Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as required. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of materials. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors. Support production lines by supplying materials in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred. Certification to operate forklift or willingness to obtain one. Basic computer and inventory system skills (e.g., ERP/WMS). Ability to read and understand shipping documents and instructions.
