Production SupervisorThe 3rd shift Production Supervisor will lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, develops high-performing teams, and continuously looks for ways to improve operational performance.What You'll DoLead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved.Manage and develop production personnel through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and yield optimization.Monitor labor utilization, production metrics, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all company policies, GMPs, sanitation procedures, and operating standards.Partner with Quality and Operations teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.Oversee employee scheduling, attendance, performance reviews, and team development.What We're Looking For2+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Experience analyzing production metrics and implementing process improvements.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000Benefits:Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
