Director, Post-Closing Compliance & Risk Lead

CrossCountry Mortgage

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Director of Compliance to provide strategic oversight of post-closing suspense and issue management. The role establishes a risk-based CMS framework, driving governance, escalation, remediation, and executive reporting to strengthen regulatory compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities include end-to-end suspense management, governance, root-cause analysis, and corrective action lifecycle.
