Join Drytech Restoration LLC as a Project Manager in Water Damage Restoration, where you will lead projects that make a difference in our clients' lives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in Hillsborough, NJ, focused on restoring properties and peace of mind. Responsibilities:
- Oversee water damage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine project needs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in restoration.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in restoration.
- Strong knowledge of water damage restoration processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in water damage restoration is a plus.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
