Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand and assess their insurance needs, offering constructive advice and solutions tailored to their unique circumstances in New Port Richey, Florida.
• Lead Generation: Actively pursue new leads and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Policy Explanation: Clearly explain and detail various insurance policy options, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and coverage to make informed decisions.
• Customer Service: Provide exemplary service by addressing client inquiries, managing claims, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the insurance process.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting prospects into satisfied clients.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and local market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive insurance options.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and JMAS Insurance Agency policies.

Requirements

• Licensing: A valid Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred but not required (licensing assistance is available)
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Experience: Previous experience sales is essential, demonstrating a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
