Now Hiring: Bilingual Assistant Property Manager – Carrollton, TX 75006 Pay: $20/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Opportunity: Temporary with Potential for Temp-to-Hire BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community in Carrollton, TX 75006 . This position is ideal for someone who excels in leasing, resident relations, financial management, and daily property operations. Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations. Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation. Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals. Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency. Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Yardi experience required. Housing Voucher (Section 8/HCV) experience is a strong plus. Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Organized, reliable, and able to work independently. Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
