The ideal candidate brings a passion for early childhood and elementary education, a natural ability to build trust and rapport with donors, parents, alumni, and community members, can identify, cultivate, and steward prospects with long-term potential, and through exceptional verbal and written communication skills, can articulate the school's mission and vision in compelling ways that inspire giving. They will model school values in how they approach their work with donors and staff, bring a high level of project management skills with an ability to be detail-oriented while managing multiple priorities with discretion. The person in this role will bring a high-level of professionalism, understanding the importance of handling sensitive donor and school information with integrity.

  • The MGO will file timely prospect reports in Raiser's Edge documenting contacts, solicitations, and meetings. Additionally, the MGO will run reports to track progress of each prospect's cultivation plan.
