Assistant Branch Manager

Guardian Savings Bank is looking for a highly motivated professional with mortgage processing experience to work in our funding department as an Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, you will review oversee the efficient operation of the branch to ensure all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customer and staff. Your duties of the assistant bank branch manager are contingent on the scope of the services that are offered at the facility. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, required; Associates degree and equivalent industry experience in related field, preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the branch, preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferred
• Excellent math and accounting skills, preferred
• Excellent personal and professional leadership skills, preferred
• Understanding of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation, preferred
• Ability to perform various banking procedures and operations, preferred
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, preferred
